CHELSA MoU - Committee for Higher Education Librarians of South Africa, Memorandum of Understanding. The memorandum is between the South African Libraries to the mutual rendering of certain library and information services with a view to the cost-efficient use of resources for purposes of maintaining and improving library and information services for higher education and research in South Africa. This allows Masters, PhD students, and lecturers under the CHELSA agreement can use other university libraries. Read more about CHELSA here
A letter of Introduction allows fully registered UP students access to other University libraries at no cost to the student.
