University of Pretoria (UP) staff members qualify for an exclusive 20% discount on conference registration fees. Simply register using your UP email address to activate your discount.

Registration fees do not include accommodation.
Cancellations should be made in writing and emailed to techx2025@up.ac.za.
A 25% cancellation fee will apply before the 1st of August 2025; thereafter, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Registration opens on the 5th of May 2025 and closes on the 24th of October 2025.
