The User Experience (UX) Unit investigates Library users' needs and expectations in order to provide insight and guidance for improving library services. Using a variety of UX research methodologies, including focus groups, interviews, usability testing, questionnaires, and observations, we collaborate with departments and units to investigate Library users' expectations, needs, and preferences.
