We'll always remember 2020 as the year of Covid – "a year characterised by disruption and uncertainty” – as our Director Lindiwe Soyizwapi referred to it in her 2020 Annual review message. Despite all of the challenges, there were many highlights and the Department of Library Services continued their efficient service to the University of Pretoria staff and students.
